The staff at Pousada Jardim Paulista went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Despite the language barrier, they made an effort to communicate and assist me with anything I needed. The location was also ideal for exploring the city, with easy access to buses and metro. The room was clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, great location, and cleanliness. I had a pleasant experience at Pousada Jardim Paulista.

Nestled between central shops and conveniently located near public transportation, the hotel was a great base for exploring the area. the rooms were clean with comfortable beds and prompt customer service. Although noise from the corridor could be heard, the windows let in fresh air and plenty of natural light. the breakfast offerings were filling and varied. the hotel offered affordable rates with well-maintained facilities, only missing a hair dryer. the only downside was the outdated interior design of the hotel.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and facilities, including parking. Transportation was no issue since it's located close to the metro station. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

Great location, very close to popular attractions and easy transportation options. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and information on nearby restaurants. the room was clean and tidy upon our arrival, with fresh towels provided.
The room was quite noisy due to the thin walls. We could hear everything going on in neighboring rooms and the hallway.

The hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and willing to help with any requests we had. The location was central, making it easy to access public transportation and local restaurants.
The noise from both the street and other guests was quite loud and disruptive during our stay. the room we were assigned did not have a window to the outside which made it feel stuffy and uncomfortable.
